STEP 5 - Overlay Controls

Now that you have your Style Controls adjusted you can add a little more extra to your static overlay underneath the Effect Controls in the Inspector Window. You can choose which Blend mode to use that will give you the look you want. Once you have done that you can decide the size of your static as well as how far you want it stretched out. You can also adjust the Static angle by turning the grey wheel clock wise or counter clock wise. Next is the Threshold 1 slider which controls the statics brightness, Underneath that is the smoothness of Threshold 1 which controls how strong you want your static to be. After that you move along to Threshold 2 which is the same as Threshold 1 but with finer detail Then you have even more control with the Interface 1 and 2 Controls, With the up and down slider you are controlling how fast the static moves up and down. Underneath is the opacity and scale which control the visibility and size of the static. Next is the Feather Edge slider which gives you the choice of keeping a rough edge to your static or smoothing out the edges. The Movement, Frequency and Noisiness Sliders are below allowing you to have a more chaotic look to the effect. Lastly is Randomize which puts your static line in different parts of the screen. Interface 2 Controls allow you to keep pushing your adjustments to the next level using the same sliders as Interface 1.
