If a plugin is not working correctly please contact us within 7 days of your purchase through live chat or by submitting a ticket.
Our support agents will refund your purchase if they cannot resolve the issue you are experiencing on your system through a screen share.
If you return 3 or more products under one account our system will flag that account. Your account will then be under review & will be initially prevented from making any additional purchases. This is an automatic system that has been implemented to prevent fraud.
Creation of new accounts in order to purchase and refund additional plugins is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your accounts.
Upon receipt of the refund, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer posses a valid license.
