Exciting Pre-made Scenes
Noir City comes packed with self-animating scenes including a drop zone & text preset, drop zone only preset, and a text only preset. Easily alter the position of drop zones and text with neatly categorized controls found in the top-right inspector window. Beautifully display pictures, videos, titles, and messages without having to set a single keyframe in Final Cut Pro X.
Create New Angles
Noir City allows FCPX users to completely alter the look and feel of the scene without the use of complicated controls. Randomize the foreground, midground, and background elements with a simple click of the “Generate” button. To tint the color of the scene, ramp up the tint intensity slider and utilize the tint swab to pick from the entire array of colors.
Limitless Camera Control
Create any 2-point camera movement using intuitive start and end orientation controls in Final Cut Pro X. Begin by moving the playhead to the first frame of the generator preset and setting the starting position & rotation. Next, go to the last frame of the preset and set the end position & rotation. With the speed slider, editors can easily determine the duration of the camera movement.
Frame Overlay
Noir City’s frame overlay acts as a stylizing title layer for scenes, pictures, and videos. Utilize Noir City’s customizable overlay to add a colorful frame on top of visual media in any Final Cut Pro X production. Tweak the frame tint, scale, and drop shadow to achieve different looks.
Self-Animating Background Key
Noir City’s customizable backdrop is a great tool for users to display text or keyed media in a fun way. Background keys’ exciting animations make it the perfect backdrop to display messages or showcase people and characters. Customize everything from the colors of the scene, to the amount of elements in the atmosphere.
Titles & Lower Thirds
Cartoon theme packages come with a self-animating title and a set of thematic lower thirds. Utilize title elements to introduce a scene, setting, or character in any FCPX production. Titles are incredibly easy to use in Final Cut Pro X. Simply choose a preset and drag it directly over media and/or scene presets within the timeline. Next, alter the text and tweak the customizable features to achieve the necessary look. Noir City’s titles will do the rest.
Awesome Transitions
Noir City comes with four stylistic transitions including two wipes, a frame transition, and an environment transition. Easily customize each of these presets using sliders and color swabs within Final Cut Pro X. To use Noir City’s transitions, simply select a preset and place it between two clips in FCPX. Noir City transitions will seamlessly blend from one scene to the next.
