Live Chat & Ticket Support
We use Live Chat as our service provider to connect and support customers. Our live chat support can be accessed by clicking the chat bubble icon on the lower right corner of our site or by clicking here. Live agents are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Pacific Standard Time. Outside of our office hours a ticket can be left using the same chat icon.

Tickets
When live chat is not available you can use the same chat icon to create a ticket. Our agents will respond to your ticket as soon as possible. Be sure to check all folders including spam to make sure you receive responses to your ticket.
Live Chat Status
There are times when Live Chat service may be unavailable to server errors on Live Chat’s side. Should this occur, please check back on our site later as Live Chat addresses any issues they may be facing. Check here to see Live Chat Status.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Our live chat agents are here to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, however, we do not tolerate harassment of any kind and you can be banned from chats for:
- Racism
- Discrimination
- Making threats
- Sexual harassment
- Vulgar and abusive remarks
- Making demands or harassing agents to break company policies
Bans from the Live Chat are dependent on the severity of the case. They can last from just a few days to a lifetime ban depending on the circumstances. We prefer to not hand out bans and very rarely need to. As long as there is nothing constituting harassment in the chats there is no need for concern of being banned.
