Create dynamic text layouts by staggering text depths and adjusting the camera perspective using the Angle of View slider. TransText: Pop-Up is extremely easy to use. Simply drag, drop, and stylize. TransText will do the rest.

Easy to Use

TransText Pop-Up is extremely easy to use in Final Cut Pro X. Scroll through the transition library and drag a preset between two video clips. Bring the playhead to the center of the transition and stylize the text using controls found in the inspector window. To flip the animation, simply toggle the “Flip” checkbox.

How do I keep my letterbox format while using this plugin?

.

Transition effects will not adhere to letterbox format film and will require additional steps to maintain the format through the transition. To keep the format you will need to apply two color solid generators to your timeline above where the transition occurs. Using the transform controls in the video inspector window, adjust the "Y Position" of one solid to match the top positioning of the letterbox then adjust the "Y Position" of the second solid to match the bottom positioning of the letterbox.
