Please review our return policy below.

Purchases made within the last 7 days using Card or Paypal are eligible for a refund. If your purchase falls within 30 days outside of that window, you can instead exchange the product for one of equal value.

Purchases made with Cryptocurrency cannot be refunded at this time. Instead, you can exchange the plugin for a different item on our store if you are not satisfied with the purchase.

Upon request of a refund, we will ask you to overview and confirm our refund policy. You must confirm within 7 days of receiving this, otherwise the refund request will be void.

Upon receipt of the refund, you must uninstall any software for which you no longer possess a valid license.

Each account is limited to 3 product refunds per year. If you wish to make further refunds, your account will be flagged and you will not be able to make further purchases.

Returns of 3 Plugins or more – including any Mega Pack or Suite that comes with multiple plugins – must first go through a screen share to ensure the that the plugins are removed from your device as per our policy.

Creation of new accounts in order to purchase and refund additional plugins is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your accounts.
