Purchasing with Cryptocurrency
Purchasing with cryptocurrency on the Pixel Film Studios store is easy and we will show you step by step how to complete your purchase. Please note that purchase times do vary and payments can take up to an hour to fully process.
ATTENTION: Due to the volatility of crypto currency we will not be able to offer refunds for this method of payment as is also explained on our Refund Policy page. If you return the product(s) within 7 days of the purchase we will offer store credit equal to the USD price of the product(s) price for future purchases.
If you choose to make a payment using cryptocurrency, you must pay an amount of that cryptocurrency that is of equivalent value to the U.S. Dollar purchase price of the product that you purchase. We will provide you with a U.S. Dollar price for the product or service that you are purchasing, as well as a cryptocurrency equivalent price (the “Cryptocurrency Price”). You must initiate the transfer of the selected Cryptocurrency Price to us within the time period that we provide to you together with the Cryptocurrency Price (the “Cryptocurrency Price Window”). If you do not initiate the transfer of the Cryptocurrency Price to us within the Cryptocurrency Price Window, the Cryptocurrency Price will expire, and we will provide you with a new Cryptocurrency Price and Cryptocurrency Price Window upon your request.
We will provide to you a digital wallet address (‘Cryptocurrency Address’) in both alphanumeric and QR code form. This is the payment address location to which you will need to send the selected cryptocurrency from your digital wallet.
IF YOU INPUT THE CRYPTO CURRENCY ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, YOUR CRYPTOCURRENCY MAY BE IRRETRIEVABLY LOST OR DESTROYED. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ENTER THE ADDRESS CORRECTLY.
Step 1
Begin the checkout by filling in your basic billing information. In the payments option on the right side of the site make sure to check the option to Pay with Bitcoin and Other Cryptocurrencies as shown below and check the reCAPTCHA checkbox before proceeding to checkout.
Step 2
Select the coin you want to pay with. We currently accept the following Cryptocurrencies using Coinbase Commerce:
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
USD Coin (USDC)
Litecoin (LTC)
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Dai (DAI)
Step 3
In your own crypto wallet go to the send payment option. Copy the amount from the cryptocurrency amount listed on the send payment screen as well as the cryptocurrency address. Please verify that both the amount and the address are correct and for the same cryptocurrency listed. If you are using a mobile device to complete the payment you can use the camera to scan the QR code on the Coinbase Commerce send payment screen to copy the address.
Step 4
Once the payment is sent to the address, it can take a while to reflect on the webpage. Please note that some cryptocurrencies can take up to an hour to process. You could see a warning if the transfer takes a long time to complete, but it will verify that the payment has been sent after a while as long as you have submitted your payment soon after you are given the amount and address screen. After the confirmations have been made on the blockchain, your payment will be complete.
